Event Management
Corporate, nonprofit, and private events.
Tell me about your eventWhat I Do
I can manage the details from the first planning conversation through event day, or take on selected parts of a plan already underway. That may include the venue, budget, vendors, permits, schedule, staffing, and event setup. We'll decide on the scope together.
Most planning and coordination can happen remotely. On-site support is scoped for each event. If I'm not there on the day, I'll prepare the event schedule and brief the person leading it.

What I Take On
I start with your goals, guest count, and budget. Then I build a plan that covers the venue, floor plan, schedule, and staffing. I can source vendors, get quotes, and handle permits, licenses, and insurance.
I coordinate vendor contracts and keep vendors informed about the schedule and their responsibilities. I can also manage catering, rentals, AV, signage, menus, printed materials, and communication with speakers, sponsors, and guests.
I create the setup schedule, style the tables and the space, and brief staff and volunteers before guests arrive. On site, I'm the main contact for vendors and the event team.
If your team is leading the day, I'll prepare the schedule and brief your lead.
After the event, I follow up with vendors, check invoices against the budget, and send a guest survey. You'll receive a debrief and a written guide to help with your next event.
Experience
I have three years of experience managing large-scale events. Here are a few examples.
I managed 88 vendors and their fire, city, county, and state approvals. I built the tracker and the vendor packet that kept the process on schedule, along with a four-city licensing playbook that cut permit-clearance time by 40%. Load-in finished two hours early.
I led a five-day event for more than 1,500 athletes, running 30 to 50 people across setup, security, and vendors. Each team had a clear plan and one point of contact.
I led my own team and event section at both. The Pride Festival draws more than 50,000 people.
I planned a five-day retreat covering rooms, transportation, programming, meals, private dinners, and the welcome celebration. I also supported company offsites and conventions at the resort.

Annual retainer
Get in touch as early as you can
If an event fits more than one tier, the higher tier applies. I may be able to take on a shorter timeline, depending on my schedule. Rush work has an additional rate. Travel, lodging, and shipping are billed at cost and capped in the contract.
How It Works
We'll have a 30-minute call. I'll send a proposal within three business days. A 50% deposit holds your date.
We'll have one kickoff meeting, followed by weekly check-ins so you know where things stand. You make the decisions; I handle the follow-up and coordination.
I confirm each vendor in writing, and we review the event schedule together.
I'll manage the event on site, or your lead will have the schedule and briefing. Afterward, I'll send a debrief and a written guide for next time. The remaining balance is due 15 days after the event.
